We appreciate Anthropic’s constructive engagement as we work together to address this matter and restore our account access. OKX is a global crypto and technology company, with major offices in California, New York, London, Dubai, Malta, Istanbul, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Given the current regulatory environment for the crypto industry, we do not operate in mainland China. OKX is deeply AI-native. We invest approximately USD 6–8 million per month across multiple leading foundation model providers and have built our own internal AI development platform, Oli. Oli integrates multiple frontier models into a unified environment, providing advanced AI capabilities and development tools to our product managers and engineers. Today, more than 75% of our 1,000+ weekly product releases and pull requests are fully developed with the support of Oli, with appropriate human review and approval required before deployment to production. We have also launched to advance our broader vision of the “one-person company”—empowering individuals and small teams to build, innovate, and operate at unprecedented scale with AI. We have tremendous respect for Anthropic, OpenAI, and other leading foundation model companies, particularly for their innovation in advancing human-AI collaboration, AI harnesses, coding agents, and developer tools. As an AI-native application company, we work closely with multiple foundation model providers and take their geographic access, usage, and compliance requirements seriously. We are now strengthening our internal enterprise LLM access controls to ensure that Claude is accessible only to users in jurisdictions permitted under Anthropic’s policies.
