Hey Kyle Kimball, including the word "allegations" in your heading after "sexual violence" is a blatant contradiction of your claim that you "take sexual violence extremely seriously." Furthermore, when you say that "violations of university policies could lead to sanctions up to and including suspension or expulsion," not only are you reducing incapacitated gang rape to "violations of university policies" as opposed to a violation of the bodily autonomy of a human being and a violation of the law itself, but you also show that you're so apathetic and morally devoid that you won't even expel students for such heinous behaviors. "Up to and including suspension or expulsion," and yet, the perpetrators have not been expelled. You are an enabler. You are protecting rapists while you all sit on your white picket fences, and you are no better than them. You all deserve equal fates.
