Then get a lecture from someone who bought their house for $95,000 in the early ’90s about how skipping lattes and Netflix is the key to building wealth.

6:09am — second alarm
6:17am — third alarm
6:46am — actual wake up
7:00am — doomscrolling begins
7:23am — anxiety about doomscrolling
7:30am — breakfast (coffee)
7:35am — second breakfast (more coffee)
8:00am — “I need to fix my life” thought
8:01am — opens TikTok
The solution is simple:
Sleep earlier and build a real morning routine.
They won’t though.
