DeFi summer 101
During DeFi summer things were simple. There were rules that we looked at to determine the ceiling of a product long term.
Tokens with custom contract functionalities including tax basis within their token or v4 hook which is the basis for their revenue model cannot scale. These models break when listed in CEXs which is where 99% of users and liquidity still remain.
