PSMA PET/CT–Targeted Biopsy in Men with Negative or Equivocal Multiparametric MRI and Exploratory Dynamic Total-Body PET: The FUPERMAN Study In this prospective single-center study of 63 men with negative or equivocal mpMRI (PI-RADS 2–3), PSMA PET/CT–guided targeted biopsy 💉 significantly outperformed systematic biopsy for detecting clinically significant #ProstateCancer# (37% vs. 21%). Combining both approaches further improved detection. SUVmax independently predicted clinically significant disease, while dynamic total-body PET kinetic parameters enhanced lesion characterization, particularly in equivocal cases.
