RWA value on Aptos rose 58.5% to $869.9M — with BlackRock's BUIDL, Franklin Templeton's FOBXX, Ondo's USDY, and more tokenized products now live on the network. Three governance proposals toward performance-driven tokenomics: a 2.1B hard supply cap, staking rewards cut from 5.19% to 2.6%, and a 10x gas fee increase — with all fees permanently burned. Aptos Foundation will permanently lock 210M APT, roughly 18% of the circulating supply. On the infrastructure side, block times dropped to under 50ms, and again to under 25ms. Confidential APT launched to mainnet. Encrypted mempool is pending governance approval.
