According to the Wall Street Journal, similar Trader Joe's bags have been listed online for $50,000 overseas in cities like London and Tokyo. One East Coast mother and daughter say they purchased 24 totes that will be shipped as gifts to their family in South Korea. In a recent statement, Trader Joe's announced it was filing a lawsuit to protect customers from knock-off totes.
