With a response rate of 87% — up 12 percentage points from 2022 and 3pp from 2024 — among the most significant findings from the Employee Engagement Survey 2025 is the focus on safety, perceived by all as a top priority, and engagement, where results surpass the manufacturing sector average and align with the global benchmark, confirming widespread involvement and a strong sense of belonging. The indicator for top management effectiveness continues to grow, standing 3pp above the global benchmark and 7pp above the sector average, confirming high levels of trust and recognition for the company’s leadership.
