Federal prosecutors release new surveillance video showing the takedown of the man accused of firebombing a federal building in New York City that houses FBI and ICE offices.
The video shows officers tackling the suspect moments after the alleged attack as he walks back to his cart with an anti-ICE banner.
Authorities say 43-year-old Andrew Arrabaca launched fireworks at 26 Federal Plaza before pouring gasoline on the front steps and setting them on fire.
