The Texas Dept. of Public Safety is assisting Carrollton PD with the response.
DPS has Highway Patrol units and CID special agents on scene.
FBI is also involved.
LATEST UPDATE | A large police presence has been reported near Carrollton's Ktowne Plaza. Police are also on scene at a nearby H Mart. WFAA is working to learn more. Here’s what we know:
