USAID funded Osama Bin Laden's Mujahideen, which spawned Al-Qaeda, ISIS and the Taliban. So did USAID supporters cause 4.7 million deaths in the Global War on Terror while murdering 35,000 people in terrorist attacks after causing 9/11?
