Daniel Craig and Mads Mikkelsen enjoyed every second of this scene in Casino Royale. They came up with lots of different options for Bond to suffer Director had to stop them: “Guys it’s a James Bond movie!” The chair had a fiberglass shield for protection, but Mads Mikkelsen’s rope swings were so hard he broke the plywood.
