Originally USAID was a slush fund invented in 1964 during the cold war under the Johnson Doctrine. An election fund to prevent communist and Socialist regimes from the Western Hemisphere.
Mainly Central and South America..
Democrats abused and perverted USAID to elect Socialist and Communist fegimes in the western hemisphere. And radical Islamic Regimes in Northwest Africa
This phenomenon isn't immediately apparent but a map. And the dates of the elections shows a trend.
