Folks less familiar with Aave often ask me how I think about Aave’s potential markets. I like to measure them through addressable collateral. The bigger the universe of assets that can be used as collateral, the bigger the lending opportunity. We started with crypto, expanded into securities through Coinbase Tokenized Stocks and Horizon RWAs, and will eventually help accelerate the world’s transition toward abundance: solar, batteries, GPUs, robotics, and space infrastructure. I believe this transformation will continue through 2050. Aave’s goal is to accelerate it by a decade by funding the assets that power abundance. Stay ambitious.
