Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin: Activist Judges Are Preventing DHS From Identifying Non-Citizens on the Voter Rolls:
“We have created inside DHS the SAVE program that allows states to proactively look at their rolls. And so when you have 278,000 individuals that are non-citizens registered to vote, plus 400,000 that have already been identified just in 23 states, what can we find when we have all 50 participating with us?”
