Say you run a salon. You tell Dina your hours and details, and publish it as a service.
Customer tells Dina "book me a slot at 5". Customer's Dina finds your Dina, it gets approval from you, and booking is done.
Your knowledge becomes a service. Your Dina becomes the API.
