据 Protos ，缅甸《反网络诈骗法案》草案提议，对使用暴力、酷刑、非法拘禁等手段强迫他人实施网络诈骗者判处死刑；诈骗中心运营者及加密诈骗实施者最高面临终身监禁。
法案将于 6 月提交议会审议。
值得一提的是，缅甸总统上月刚将全部现有死刑减为终身监禁。

#熟人作案# 昨天晚上花了2个小时帮一个团队分析USDT被盗的原因，最后发现是熟人作案。事情经过就是：这个团队核心成员有三个人，分别是A、B、C，A是团队老板，B是财务，C是CTO。C求助说他们团队的USDT被盗了，被盗的是财务B的地址，而USDT是老板A转进去临时放着的。然后B告诉A和C说USDT莫名其妙被盗了。
