杠杆 ETF 再平衡资金已经变成美股波动放大器 美国杠杆 ETF 的单日再平衡资金已经一度接近 500 亿美元。这个数据主要看的是杠杆 ETF 为了维持 2 倍、3 倍、多空杠杆，在每天收盘前后被动调整底层敞口产生的机械交易。 正好今天看到林克兄 @CryptoSociety42 在讨论 TQQQ 的问题，就一起举一个例子。 杠杆 ETF 的核心是每天重置。这是重点！ 比如一只 3 倍做多 QQQ 的ETF，目标就是每天保持大约 3 倍敞口。市场上涨以后，基金净值变大，第二天想继续保持 3 倍杠杆，就需要继续买入底层资产或者期货。市场下跌以后，基金净值变小，又需要卖出敞口，把杠杆重新调回目标水平。 举个简单例子，一只 3 倍做多 ETF 管理 100 万美元，初始市场敞口大约是 300 万美元。如果当天指数上涨 2%，基金净值会涨到大约 106 万美元。 第二天要维持 3 倍杠杆，目标敞口就变成 318 万美元。原来的 300 万美元敞口涨完以后变成 306 万美元，中间差了 12 万美元，这 12 万美元就需要继续买入。 如果指数下跌 2%，基金净值会降到大约 94 万美元，目标敞口变成 282 万美元。原来的 300 万美元敞口跌完以后还有 294 万美元，中间多了 12 万美元，这 12 万美元就需要卖出。 所以杠杆 ETF 的再平衡机制很简单，上涨以后加仓，下跌以后减仓。没有方向判断，只按照规则调仓，但这个规则本身会放大短期波动。 单个产品的调仓规模已经不小，如果把 2 倍、3 倍、多头、空头、纳指、标普、半导体这些杠杆产品全部加在一起，极端行情里就会形成几十亿甚至几百亿美元的机械买卖。 2026 年美国股票杠杆 ETF 单日再平衡资金已经接近 500 亿美元级别，说明它已经成为市场短期波动里的重要变量。 其实韩国杠杆 ETF 也是同一套机制。韩国散户大量使用杠杆 ETF 追三星电子、SK 海力士、半导体和 AI 资产，市场上涨以后，杠杆 ETF 继续加仓，行情会被推得更热，市场下跌以后，杠杆 ETF 被动减仓，回撤也会来得更急。 美国和韩国的区别在于市场承受力。 美国市场深度更大，纳指、标普、期货、期权和做市体系都很庞大，500 亿美元更多是放大尾盘和短期波动。韩国市场体量小很多，权重又集中在少数半导体公司上，同样的杠杆再平衡机制，对指数和权重股的冲击会更直接。 所以看美国和韩国现在的股市，除了基本面、资金流和财报，还要看杠杆产品的机械调仓。上涨的时候，会让市场看起来更强，但下跌的时候，也会让抛压来得更快。 最近我们看到的一系列数据，就是讲的专业资金在撤离，散户在冲击，不论是美国还是韩国，杠杆 ETF 都在大量增加。这些都是让市场较大波动的原因。
