这次Venice的融资采用股权形式而非直接出售国库VVV代币，投资者获得8.98%股权、150万VVV赠款及500万VVV认股权证（需额外支付6650万美元行使），所有代币均有1年锁定期后3年线性解锁，旨在长期对齐公司、VC与社区利益。
