Another reminder, $META gets 10% of $AMD for $0.01 per share if these conditions are met:
- Purchase 6GW of AMD chips
- AMD stock reaches $600 per share
$AMD is already at $536 in the pre-market. There are tranches starting at 1GW, so even if Meta does not deploy all 6GW, they’ll still get some AMD equity for free.
The best part? It’s a free roll for Meta. If AMD chips are not performing well enough, they can abandon it with no penalty. But if they are working and they actually deploy 6GW, Meta gets a free $100B+.
