Elon Musk: Dems' goal is to import voters to win elections "If you want to understand behavior, you have to look at the incentives. Once the Democratic Party in the US and the left in Europe realized that if you have open borders and provide a ton of government handouts, you create a massive financial incentive for people from other countries to come to your country. And when you do not prosecute them for crimes, they become beholden to you, and then they vote for you. That is why Obama and Hillary went from being against open borders to being in favor of them. The goal is to import voters to win elections, and it has a negative runaway effect.
