🚨David Friedberg predicts the path to “Comrade AOC,” national asset seizures, and data centers becoming the next target. “They enact policy starting in 2028 with Comrade AOC in charge… costs balloon, the bond market sells off… and now the 30-year yield spikes 7%, 8%, maybe more.” Higher rates make housing even less affordable.
