Yum! Brands, the parent company of KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and Habit Burger & Grill, has partnered with NVIDIA to accelerate artificial intelligence deployment in its restaurants.
The partnership uses AI for voice ordering in drive-thrus, camera monitoring of kitchen operations, and help for managers.
The program began with an initial rollout to about 500 locations. By 2026, the AI capabilities have scaled dramatically and now support more than 35,000 restaurants globally.
