turns out LMNT salt was a big part why I had persisting stomach issues last few weeks
this was made very obvious when I was fasting and took LMNT to maintain electrolytes
I thought salt should be harmless right? but LMNT has stevia! which seems irritating to my gut (seems like a recent thing)
I tried stevia separately by itself and can confirm
I would take Da Vinci GI Benefits (L-glutamine + zinc carnosine, etc) to help with gut but I always felt like it made it worse first then better -- turns out it has stevia too!
pure L-glutamine has no issues, purely helpful
