my right foot suddenly flared up with no warning when I woke up today I can no longer walk any more even though yesterday it was just fine not the first time, but usually it's my left Achilles heel which has calcific tendonitis this time it's on the right lateral calcaneal area luckily I have an iWalk so can still go about my day what's the cause? I'm not sure this is directly related to my chronic lyme or long covid but in my (relatively uninformed) mental model all of these symptoms are caused by immune system freaking out at small things and generating cytokine storms -- but do let me know if yall have seen similar conditions
