trying an abdominal binder and wow instead of +30 bpm on standing up it's more like +15 definitely makes upright activities more effortless and reduces the neuroinflammation i get from it

1/ my heart rate jumps from 59 → 95 bpm just from standing up this isn't normal! I never suspected this (in hindsight it's not surprising given my other conditions) but now it explains so much mysterious symptoms I've been having I want to impart what I learned in a PSA 🧵
