Someone ran Claude Code on an e-ink notebook and the slowest screen in the world suddenly turned out to be the best home for an AI that already thinks one word at a time. This is the reMarkable Paper Pro, a paper tablet for notes with no browser and no social media and not a single app. He went into it over SSH and brought up Claude Code on Opus 4.8 on Claude Max and typed right into the terminal on the paper screen: "hello reddit, this is ssh terminal on rmpp". For years this screen got slammed for one thing. E-ink is too slow and it draws with a delay and it ghosts and it is no good for real work. But Claude itself puts out a thought one word at a time. And here is what came out of it: the very thing that killed the paper screen for normal software lined up perfectly with the pace of the AI. There is no more lag because there is nothing left to lag. And then come the things no monitor can give you. Your eyes do not get tired. You can watch Opus think on max effort for an hour and it feels like reading a book and not staring into a backlight. Nothing distracts you. Not a single notification and not a single tab and just a cursor and an agent that writes code while you simply watch the page. The charge lasts for days. E-ink barely touches the battery so Claude can grind on a task all night long and the tablet is still alive by morning. And it weighs as much as a notebook. The whole work setup now fits into a bag like a notepad with a stylus on top. Everything on the screen is for real: Claude Code v2.1.162 and bypass permissions on and Opus going off to think on max effort right on the e-ink. In my opinion this is the most unexpected home for an AI this year. Not a farm of graphics cards and not a wall of monitors but a quiet sheet of paper on a coffee table where the most powerful Claude writes code one word at a time like a pen.

This Korean guy created 12 Jarvis agents in Claude Code and single-handedly processes Amazon orders for 140 buyers and resellers earning $400 a month from each. He sits at one desk: in Claude Code on the MacBook his 12 agents run in parallel and on the screen you see 3 active columns of logs and to the side on a stand sits an iPad with the Jarvis console where the statuses THINKING and RECORDING and PROCEEDING tick in real time. Pause at 0:13: on the iPad Jarvis spins its radar and goes into THINKING and behind him sits a stack of product boxes. No team. No operators. No support. Just him and a MacBook and an iPad with the Jarvis console and boxes of orders behind him. He is not on a subscription but on an API billed by tokens and he figures 12 parallel agents pay for themselves from the very first client because each client brings $400 a month while all 12 together eat less than $90 a day. Into the first window he typed the system prompt that immediately closes the assistant or employee debate: "you are my new buyer-operator" So the model knows at what level it was hired: not to hint and not to advise and not to supplement but to own the result of the order because for this Korean guy Claude is no longer a helper in the browser but an operator on his small purchasing line that is billed by tokens and never leaves for lunch. And the other 11 agents he spread across the stages of an order so each one sits in its own context and does not interfere with the neighbor: "find the product and pick the cheapest" "check the seller and the reviews" "compare shipping for the client country" "build the cart and take it to checkout but stop before payment" "track the order and update the client in the chat" "watch the price and reorder the recurring ones yourself" At 0:22 the Jarvis console switches from THINKING to RECORDING: the agent logs the client task and takes it on itself. In a regular forwarding service an operator spends 5 to 15 minutes by hand on each such order because first he opens the link then he checks the seller then he calculates the shipping whereas this Korean guy has all 12 agents working in parallel and while one looks for the product the second is already checking the seller and the third is calculating shipping for another client. Look at 0:34: on the left the Claude Code columns in the MacBook write the order and on the right on the iPad Jarvis spins its radar and reports the status and it looks like a small control room. The Korean guy himself in the chair in front of it decides only 2 questions: which client to onboard next and which finished order to release for payment and beyond that he does nothing. And on money it is still cheaper than keeping a team of operators: one line like this takes about 60 orders a day to payment whereas a regular forwarder puts a department of 5 people on the same flow while this guy spends less than $90 a day on all 12 agents. At 0:45 Amazon is open on the MacBook with a product page and the caption "processing the order on its own" meaning the agent is already inside the checkout and not just talking. Wires run to the iPad on the stand and a figurine sits on the shelf and behind him a stack of order boxes and no office and no employees and just 1 desk and 12 agents and a queue of buyers who send new links every morning. In my opinion this is the most efficient solo order-processing factory I have seen this year and it is already running right now while the marketplaces are still debating whether agents are allowed to place purchases.
