A delegation from Hong Kong 🤝 visited Jiangdu district in Yangzhou on Aug 7. Jiangdu, located east of Yangzhou, has been dubbed "Longchuan" for being "home to many rivers and lakes in the Jianghuai Region", and it is the starting point of the Eastern Route of China's South-to-North Water Diversion. The district has a total area of 1,330 square kilometers, and is home to leading industries such as automobiles and auto parts, special steel for ships, mechatronics, and pharmaceutical chemicals. It has ranked among China's top 100 districts with high-quality development and top 100 industrial districts for many consecutive years.
