I do 30 minutes at a time twice a day one upper then one lower body. 5 days a week spread out the rest day. I don’t bring my phone to the gym I just use a watch and make sure by the end of it I’m crying or trembling. Yes pain yes gain my friends.

My lats hurt real bad also upper body is so underrated I literally sit up and get out of bed faster now
I’ve been working out again hard for the last month or so almost at a point where I will post again… sorry I am almost buff enough…
